The HCR500C is the flagship model in Hitech Intelligent HCR series of hydraulic demolition robots. It is a heavy-duty remotely operated machine designed to take on high-risk demolition and dismantling work in hazardous conditions that pose dangers to human crews.

It provides maximum productivity, safety and reliability for demanding applications like mining, tunneling, nuclear decommissioning and disaster response. The HCR500C allows operators to conduct precision demolition from up to 300 meters away, reducing exposure to hazards such as structural collapse, toxic materials, radiation and extreme heat.

An intelligent and durable design makes the HCR500C suitable for both controlled demolition sites and unstructured disaster recovery operations. Fully sealed components and hazardous environment protections enable the robot to work where fires, fumes and instability prevent access for emergency responders. Quick tool changes and a modular build maximize uptime and allow the HCR500C to clear disaster sites within hours after an incident.

Key Features:

  • Massive hydraulics: Extreme power to demolish reinforced concrete and steel structures.
  • Intelligent modular design: Works in extreme hazard conditions; rapid on-site assembly for disaster response.
  • High mobility: All-terrain; travels at 2.3-3.6 km/h; reaches 7 m high, 360° rotation.
  • Long reach: Dismantles multi-story buildings; accesses confined spaces.
  • Advanced control: Efficient, precise remote operation up to 300m away; real-time diagnostics.

Main Applications:

  1. Building and industrial demolition: Suitable for dismantling massive reinforced concrete structures in hazardous environments.
  2. Disaster response: Provides emergency solutions when conditions are too dangerous for crews to access. Removes debris and stabilizes collapsed structures.
  3. Underground engineering: Capable of breaking ore bodies and demolishing tunnels in extreme conditions like fires, fumes, radiation, etc.
  4. Nuclear decommissioning: Offers remote solutions for hazardous nuclear dismantling.

The HCR500C features a powerful diesel engine, 6-way hydraulic manipulator and all-terrain tracks to overcome obstacles impassable for most demolition equipment. Optional blade and 4WD attachments further expand its working range over rough, sloped ground. With a vertical reach up to 7 meters and 360-degree continuous rotation, the HCR500C can dismantle multi-story reinforced concrete structures and access confined spaces.

The HCR500C demolishes the limits of conventional demolition equipment. It opens new possibilities for projects once considered too dangerous or complex. This flagship hydraulic demolition robot redefines safety, productivity and reliability in the harshest conditions and on the most demanding jobs. With the HCR500C, the unthinkable becomes reality.

Demolition robots Application In The Security And Rescue
Demolition robots play a crucial role in the field of security and rescue and are suitable for quick demolition operations at disaster sites, such as removing debris from collapsed buildings and breaking through barrier walls to rescue trapped individuals. Compared to traditional manual demolition tools, demolition robots have higher operational efficiency and stronger demolition capabilities, which can quickly open up rescue passages, reduce rescue risks, and improve rescue success rates. At the same time, its precise operational control also reduces secondary damage to the surrounding environment, providing strong support for subsequent rescue and reconstruction work. Clearing of ruins Disaster site demolition Work in hazardous and old environments Search and rescue of trapped individuals Specially designed for safety emergency, fire rescue, and military defense applications. Equipped with remote video control, multi-sensor fusion, intelligent demolition, cutting, grabbing, obstacle clearing, fire extinguishing and other functions, greatly enhancing emergency rescue capabilities and ensuring safety and efficiency.
