Contact usThe Firefighting robot consists of the main body, a fire monitor, a detection pan-tilt, and a handheld remote terminal. Firefighting robot can replace firefighters in entering hazardous scenes for rescue operations, such as those involving flammability, explosiveness, toxicity, oxygen deficiency, heavy smoke, large-scale fires, and petroleum & chemical plant fires. It addresses challenges like on-site firefighting and inadequate data collection at the source, enhancing rescue stability and reducing casualties.
Key Features :
Firefighting Capability :
The unit is equipped with an imported water cannon capable of long-range discharge of water, mist, foam, and other agents. Its rotating gear fluid design features a large cannon head rotation angle, enabling automatic oscillation for high-efficiency and rapid response. The range is ≥80 meters, with free switching between multiple operational modes.
Scenario Mobility :
The vehicle is explosion-proof and waterproof, utilizing flame-retardant, high-temperature-resistant rubber tracks and a full metal frame. Powered by a 4.5kW high-power servo motor and a dual-spring shock absorption system, it offers high traction and can tow two DN80 hoses into the fire scene for internal operations.
Environmental Reconnaissance:
It carries a freely elevatable detection sensor pan-tilt, capable of comprehensive multi-environmental detection and analysis of various gases at the incident site, including toxic, harmful, combustible, VOC, as well as temperature, humidity, and radiant heat.
Anti-Interference Remote Control :
Utilizing anti-interference wireless communication technology for long-distance transmission, it is equipped with an intelligent data and image transmission, monitoring, analysis, and command platform. Sensor data can be uploaded in real-time to the intelligent firefighting cloud platform system, allowing command personnel at the command center to analyze the situation and make decisions.
Intelligent Systems :
Features an industrial-grade control system with a modular design.Equipped with intelligent systems including LiDAR obstacle avoidance, thermal imaging, autonomous obstacle avoidance, self-spraying cooling, and two-way audio transmission, ensuring robust and stable task completion.
Application:
- Subway Stations and Tunnel Fires
- Underground Facilities and Large Freight Yards
- Petrochemical Oil Depots and Refineries
- Large Logistics Warehouses and Industrial Plants
- Large-Span Factory Buildings and Civil Structures
- Any scenario where access is too dangerous for large fire trucks and personnel

Demolition Robot for Cement Plant Kiln Demolition: Safer and More Precise Solutions
In modern cement plants, kiln shutdowns, refractory replacement, and damaged lining removal are high-risk maintenance operations. Traditional manual demolition inside a rotary kiln exposes workers to heat, dust, falling debris, vibration, and confined-space hazards. This is why the demolition robot has become an increasingly practical solution for cement plant kiln demolition. When refractory materials must be removed quickly and precisely, a demolition robot can improve safety, reduce downtime, and deliver more controlled results than conventional methods.
How to Choose a Demolition Robot for Railway, Subway, and Road Tunnel Projects
Choosing the right demolition robot for tunnel work is not just about buying a compact machine with enough power. Tunnel conditions vary widely between railway, subway, and road projects, and the wrong equipment choice can reduce productivity, increase downtime, and create safety issues. A practical tunnel robot selection guide should evaluate tunnel type, machine size, boom reach, power source, attachment options, and the need for multi-functionality.
Building Demolition Method & Process
Building demolition is no longer limited to brute force and uncontrolled teardown. Today, contractors use a range of methods based on structure type, surrounding environment, height, materials, safety requirements, and project timeline. As urban construction becomes denser and safety regulations become stricter, the demolition robot is becoming an important tool in modern building demolition, especially for selective, indoor, and high-risk work.
